We are very excited to have our first lot from Roberto Brenes, owner of Auromar estate. Not only is he an award-winning producer, previously taking down the Best of Panama competition title, but also consistently produces exceptional Geisha lots. One of these lots was used in the UK Barista championships (by Paul Ross, the founder of the Special Guests) to take first place, which then set a path which would lead to the business to be created.
This particular lot is a natural process Geisha, typically fruit-forward, complex and sweet. In the cup you can expect florality, with flavour notes of jasmine and cream (both in flavour and mouthfeel).
