We rarely source coffee from this region, as it often doesn’t align with our preference for clean, elegant, and aromatic profiles. That said, we always remain open to exploring South East Asian coffees, and Padah Lin Washed stood out. While it carries the rich body typical of the region, this is beautifully balanced by more subtle complexities in the cup.
Despite recent turmoil, Myanmar’s coffee farming industry has shown remarkable resilience. Smallholder farms, like those behind this coffee, have been instrumental in sustaining the market through challenging times.
