CONE is a V60 filter, made using the FAST or B3 Specialty Coffee Filter technology with the Sibarist CONE filter design.
FAST CONE provides faster, even and continuous flow for coffee brewing. It also provides a clean and silky result in your cup. Its unique FAST Specialty Coffee Filter technology makes it possible to explore new extraction conditions and recipes, which have been limited until now.
B3 CONE becomes in a super even extraction of the coffee particles, uniform turbulences and full access to the coffee bed. The B3 rigidness produces a minimum contact surface with the dripper and provides a fast extraction, but its material thickness and low porosity provides sweeter and clean cups, avoid bypass.
The filter adapts to conical commercial V60’s with open bottom.
The CONE S is suitable for small filter holders (01).
