We’re happy to share with you this beautiful natural Pacamara- our second purchase from Rene Aguilar san, a coffee producer from Chalatenango, El Salvador!
Rene Aguilar san has been growing coffee in the area for over 30 years, while contributing to the local coffee industry not only through the production but also sharing knowledge, experiences, and Pacamara seeds with fellow producers.
In this cup you will find flavor notes reminiscent of plum, blood orange, and red wine, characteristic of the natural process. As it cools, flavors of dried apricot and black tea gradually emerge. We feel this lot has some similarities with his previous Pacamara Washed, with his signature Pacamara notes shining through.
