We’ve celebrated Alejo Castro Khales coffee for several years and with every new crop we get excited for his harvests. This year we picked 2 coffees, the first this single Obata with Natural processing. It brings all of the best qualities of a well processed coffee, a very expressive
filter coffee with depth of flavour that continues to reveal more with each sip. A memorable coffee that speaks to Alejo’s extensive experience and his farms ability to control flavours that honour the origin, terior and varietals inherent characteristics.
