El Diviso farm/Nestor Lasso
We are so thrilled to offer an innovative coffee from a world renowned producer! Nestor Lasso a.k.a El Diviso has been treated as competitor's favorite coffees and in fact their coffee has won several competitions in both international and domestic stages. This Bourbon Aji lot reminds us of some double anaerobic washed coffees from Colombia. Bourbon Aji actually is an Ethiopia landrace and they added cherry yeast at its fermentation phase to boost the flavors.
Cupping review
This Bourbon Aji delivers very intense and perfumed flavors. Expect lemon, watermelon jelly and orange flowers.
