The DUAL CHAMBER is a new concept in coffee brewing. It is a coffee filter with two brewing spaces that can extract two types of coffee soluble substances in one brewing to create a cup of coffee with more layers.
The two brewing spaces are thought to allow different amounts of coffee powder, ratios, contact time between powder and water, grind size, temperature, and why different coffees cannot be brewed in the same brew. It opens up a whole new concept of coffee extraction, focusing on deciding which flavor compounds we should develop and blend to build the desired flavor, provide the best sensory experience and ultimately achieve the maximum performance of each coffee.
