The NKFCS has over 700 members who contribute cherry to production at the Gondo wet mill. With timely and selective handpicking only the ripest red cherries are chosen to move onto wet processing, followed by 16-18 hour fermentation then washing and final graded before sun drying. The result is a beautifully clean coffee with distinct flavoursome coffee.
