What is Negotiator?
The Negotiator is essentially a model of the internal geometry of the OREA filter cup. You can use this tool to fit different types of filter paper inside the filter bowl, perfectly conforming to the internal geometry. It helps you experience different brewing methods with OREA filter cups, use lower by-pass filter papers to achieve higher extraction rates, and explore different brewing methods in the same brewing system. The device is used with flat, round papers such as OREA Type-G and Type-G, or Sibarist Flat series filter paper (OREA Edition, B3 Flat, Fast M, Fast S).
3D printing
This device is 3D printed from PLA. PLA is a polyester ( polyester ), made from fermented vegetable starches from corn, cassava, sugar cane or beetroot pulp. PLA is safe for food contact applications and can be printed on printers that only print this material. We use specific PLA made from non-GMO crops. 3D printed products have layer lines and may have minor defects (manufacturing marks that do not affect use)
