This months subscription coffee is from the world-renowned Finca Inmaculada in Colombia. This Sudan Rume lot, number 1089, has been selected from their 'Signature' tier, the highest level on the farm outside of auction.
After harvesting the coffee was received, classified and sorted at the mill before undergoing a 144 hours fermentation. It is then dried for a further 25 days before final processing, stabilisation and then delivery to us - we've bought this lot directly from Inmaculada.
In the cup you'll get a tropical flavour profile, with notes of cherry, chocolate and pineapple.
